i have no "phone light" lit on my sure signal
both lights had been flashing for a while the signal strength and phone
only the signal strength light is constant along with the power light now
i reset it and held resset button till lights came back on switching off power cable and re inserTting it etc per instructions
serial number is 40123533388

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi aliroom,
If both the system (signal) light and phone light were flashing at the same time, your Sure Signal was being configured at the time. This process can take up to 6 hours to complete.
If you’re now just seeing a steady system light and power light, it means your unit is ready for use.
To make sure your Sure Signal is as up to date as possible, I’ve just performed a resync for you.
To make sure the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-
