Hi Oratiek,
I'm afraid that it is not possible to migrate to Top-up-and-Go. You would need to purchase the modem in order to gain access to this special pricing structure.
Since you're now out of commitment, you would be able to cancel your current modem, and take out the Top-up-and-Go modem as a new line - but there is no possibility of migrating your existing number, as the two systems are incompatible.
