Since the website upgrade I have been unable to access the SS dashboard in my account. It appeared that my SS registration had been removed. My only option was to re-register my unit. I did so and my dashboard was available again. I received the Registration email so assumed all was well.
Since then I have rebooted my router and reset my SSv2. Over 12 hours have passed and the unit still isn't working. Both white lights are flashing and have been for over 12 hours.
My download speed is around 65mbps and upload around 18mbps.

Please deregister your device, wait 24 hours and then re-register it.
We'll also need your IP address, so that we can double check this.

I've tried to connect from a different address, albeit the same ISP, again without success. I believe the problem is to do with re-registration as the box was working prior to this.

72 hours later still two flashing white lights, SS v2.
