Had some problems last year as my 1st order had cancelled for no apparent reason. Wanted a mod to check if my current order has gone through okay.

I assume you've checked for confirmation emails in your normal in box and spam folder.
Some people have reported delays in receiving confirmation.
As what you need requires account access you'll be best phoning 191 or use Live Chat in order to pass security protocols.

I've had 3 emails. 1 for a sim swap, 1 thanking me for upgrading with a WEB number and the final one stating that my upgrade request has been received.
would this mean that the order has gone through fine?

Certainly looks promising to me.
They are the type of emails one would receive.
I would check the following with customer services via 191 or Live Chat.
May I ask what colour and capacity you opted for ?
