Can't add user to Sure Signal - no facility to do so on my account

Hi, I have spent the last two days trying to add a user to my sure signal box, and whereas with the old style vodafone homepage it was all very straightforward with a simple button to press to add a user, on this style there is no button to press to do so. I am at a loss. 

Please can someone let me know how i can do this?
