Can't add user to Sure Signal

Hi

I can't add a user to my sure signal via the website - error message as below

Can you please advise?  I can give phone numbers, serial no etc if you contact me direct

sure signal only works with vodafone network not others if you can't add them they on a diff network or try again later if they are on vodafone they can wait a other day
