Was waiting on the phone 3 hours 2 minuets to speak to someone regarding my new 12 month contact with broadband which is now questionable. The date that was given to me on the phone to be set up has now been pushed back 4 days with no explanation meaning I need to pay my original sky provider another £19 for 2 days of internet. What's going on ?! I want my original set up date forfilling or I want to cancel my service before it even gets started. Not a great start vodaphone !

Customer Services can and will see increased inbound calls on a Weekend which will increase wait times.
I'd suggest to call first thing Monday morning for an explanation.
