Can't register sure signal

Hi i've just bought a used sure signal version 1 serial number 21222192466
I've tried to register it but comes up already registered. Contacted the original owner and they say it was de registered on 25 June 2013, he contacted Vodaphone and he said they told him it can take up to 30 days to de register on the system. Is this correct? Could you check the status of this sure signal?

A de-registration usually happens much quicker than 30 days.

If you can get the original owner to post here, we'll get his details and take a look for him to see what's going on. We can only confirm the status of the Sure Signal by speaking with him, whether it's still in his name or completely de-registered.
