tried numerous calls, 2 times told me they are doing system upgrade, wait for 24 hours, and 2 times they told me they would call me back. nothing happaned afterward.
and tried to contact online support. see the logs,is it a joke?

Appreciate your frustrated.
Customer services can get busy.
What message / pop up are you getting when trying to set up your online account. Have you tried the generic clearing of caches and cookies and or tried a different browser.

You are trying to contact Customer Services at lunch time when the department is short staffed and the busiest time of day. You would have better luck leaving it until after the lunch period. The best time to contact Vodafone is when they first open at 8 am. Live Chat is generally 24 hours and you are able to keep a transcript of the conversation.
You mention you are having problems setting up your online account. If you give a brief description of the issues and the error messages you are having, this would give the forum here something to go on, it may be something which can quickly be sorted out for you on the forum.
The generic self help is clearing your cookies and computer cache and trying again.

I had some trouble the first time setting up my online account. if you call the tech department and ask them to delete your online account and then start again it should work.
