Hi there
Did you sent it via recorded delivery? If so, was it delivered and signed for?
If it has been delivered, I'd recommend that you follow up with customer services to make sure that they have logged it against your file.

Hi @Sianbaron
This is a similar thread http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Pay-monthly-products-services/Vodafone-RPI-Increase/m-p/2500156/highl...
Appears customer service advise to await the official reply from the letter.

It maybe beneficial to get another sent off as Recorded if customer service cannot confirm they've received your letter.

I didnt send it via recorded no. Ive spoken to live chat who just advised me to call 191.
I'd always strongly recommend that you send things like this recorded delivery as that way you have proof that you did send the letter. At the moment, there is no evidence that you did.
I'd imagine that the 191 team will probably advise you to send a letter, so you could find yourself being put back to step one of the process.

The above letter was in connection with rpi increase - if I cancel dd I'm sure I'll get a response ?
You most definitely will get a response - it's called a default and that is what happens when you fail to pay your bill. I am pretty sure you don't want that.
If you did not send the cancellation letter by recorded delivery, you don't have any proof that it was even sent let alone delivered. You would need to resend the letter, this time by recorded delivery. Hopefully they will accept it as it is now a bit late, and I fear you may have waited too long before following up.
