Hi. I recieved text messages regarding the new price increases. On 3 of my lines, i got the option to ens my agreement free of charge. It states in order to do this, i would need to send a letter within 30 days of receiving the text message.
I have sent my letter over a week ago now and i have not heard anything back. When should i hear back?

Yes , but im unsure of what to do now? So i escalate to customer services or go to the ombudsman?

Hopefully one of the eForum Team will be able to assist with this and will be in contact in the next day or so.  Whilst you are waiting, see if you can call up and get it escalated with customer services.

I followed the correct procedure, cancelled my contract at the end of September now I'm being chased for nearly £500 because i cancelled my contract early. No one I speak seems to understand the RPI increase and one person even told me there were no text messages sent to anyone. Everytime I ring up, pretty much everyday at the moment I have to explain myself over and over, then they look into my account and says the charge stands.

Hello @Jiggerj60

I am going to send you a Private Message with further help on this.
