Hello,

my name is sarah sheil.In October of last year i cancelled my broadband account.I was told to send an email with my account details ,to remove the program from my computer and the dongle.I did all of these things.

i have just recived a solicitors letter threating legal action for the amount of 261.23 euro.

This is after i recived letters from vodafone to which i replied via email explaing the situation.

I have attached alll the emails including the original one cancelling the account.This is very distressing and i would appreciate it if you could rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Hello,
my name is Sarah Sheil.
In October of 2012 my year long broadband contract with vodafone expired.As i did not want to renew the contract i was told by a member of staff in a vodafone store in Dublin that the only way to do this was to send an email saying just that to this address;care@vodafone.ie,to take program off my computer and to remove the dongle.
I did all of these things.
In Feb this year i got a letter sating that i owed 207.18 euro.I emailed vodafone  at this address;care@vodafone.com explaining the situation again and attached the original email i had sent in October.
After this i received one more letter stating that i now owed 227.16 followed by a letter from Cmos looking to recover  a balance of  of 261.23.
I would very much appreciate it if you could sort out this situation asap.
I have attached both emails originally sent to vodafone in regard to this matter.

Hello,

i cancelled my broadband on the 10th of October 2012 after my year long contract was up.I was told that the only way to do so was by email and was given this address by a member of your staff in a Vodafone branch in Dublin.
I have attached the email below.
Since that date i have not used Vodafone broadband.
I hope you can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
