Cancelling Pay Monthly Dongle.

I've read some of the other topics regarding this and have emailed the correct details 3 or 4 times now, to which I have recieved no reply!

 

I have no use for it anymore and don't appreciate paying for it. So I went in store this morning to be told you couldn't do it there. Useless.

 

And that it had to be done online! I've tried this and still, no reply!

 

So frustrating.

I have unlimited broadband at home now so def no need.

And I've not received anything and it's not been filtered to my junk box. 😕

I also want to cancel my dongle but I cant see where to do it on my account online =( helpppp!!!
