Many thanks for your post.
Can you check the latest Mobile Broadband software for your version of MAC OS?
Does the dongle have a constant light or is it flashing?
What colour is it if the light is present?
Are you able to test the device in another machine?
Any error messages?
If you can provide me with as much information as possible then I'll be better equipped to help.
