Hi All
I have an iphone 6 and have recently come on a 10 day holiday to Canada followed by USA.
My phone is having an issue in that I cannot access data at all. That means to imessage, no whatsapp, safari internet etc.
The funny thing is that when I first landed, it was fine. Then I turned off the cellular data in settings (to stop autoupdates/emails downloading) and a few hours later when I tried to reactivate, it no longer works.
I have taken the phone to the apple shop in Canada who have confirmed everything on the inside is working, cellular data is switched on and so is roaming. 4G is even displayed in the top left hand corner.
I wonder if my account has had a bar on it or something for using too much money, as data is really expensive here.
Please, does anyone have any advice? I cannot find a way of talking to an actual human vodafone employee!!
