Cannot add second phone to VSS

Hi,

 

I cannot seem to get my second iphone to pick up my VSS signal. My first iphone works totally fine. I have been through all the troubleshooting steps but to no avail. Please help!

Hi JoolsS3,

 

The usual way to get this sorted is to remove the number form the Signal for an hour and then add it back in.

 

If this isn’t working, please let me know the Sure Signal serial number and what software each iPhone is using.

No that didn't work.

 

In addition now when i try to add a number back in, it says:

 

  • Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes. If you keep seeing this message, please contact us through the help centre.
