Cannot administer my Sure Signal

I have a V2 Sure Signal that is working fine, but I now want to add new numbers to it.

 

When I log into My Account I only get the option to register a sure signal. If I try to register it a message appears saying ti is already registered.

 

The Sure Signal has always been mine and located in the same place.

This issue was caused by me using the wrong account name (I have 2) to try to administer Sure Signal.

 

It all wokrs when I logged in with the correct username

Hi chriswms54,

 

That would explain things.

 

I've got a couple of numbers with different logins myself, so I know how easy it can be to go to the wrong one :smileyhappy:
