Upgraded to Red bundle around three weeks ago and to take advantage of the Spotify offer I switched my Spotify Account to free on the 26th April.
I've been trying ever since to enable it and I'm stuck in the same loop. I authorise my Spotify account to be linked then hit the attached screenshot where I'm presented with an error - which returns me to the offers page.
Tried various different computers and my mobile. Latter of which I've tried with both wireless and 4g connections.
Very frustrating can someone please help me!

You need to cancel your ongoing free subscription by following the cancellation link below.
When this has been done follow the link below to add the new subscription.
How do I get my free Spotify Premium subscription and how do I activate it?
If problems persists, live chat will be able to make sure the new subscription is added to your account.

That doesn't work. I don't have any ongoing premium Spotify premium accounts and the cancellation link you mention takes me to the subscription page, which confirms I have no active subscription.

It's a shame to hear that you're having issues activating your Spotify subscription.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the error message that you're getting?
