Cannot log in to my account

I have tried to log on to my account several times today. I either get a blank screen or else a screen that is blank apart from the words:

           "Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp"

written in a very small font at the top of the screen.

The fault has gone away - I can now log on OK
