Cannot receive mms on galaxy y

I have encountered a problem with my Galaxy Y. I have been sent a MMS and it says downloading and has done for quite some time. The downloading message has gone grey and i cannot do anything with it. I was wondering if anyone could help me? I have turned on my Auto-recieve and even my Roaming auto-recieve.

It could be that mms is not activated on your account, you could try ringing 191 or use livechat to see if they can help, or if you can wait 24-48 hours the eforum team will have a look for you.

Also are you on 3G as I have heard that they wont download on WiFi but I cant confirm that?
