Just received 4g but now I can't make or receive calls. I've read that the phone should drop the 4g signal during calls but my phone doesn't do this. I try to make a call and it just goes dead, no ringing tone. When someone tries to call me it goes to the answer phone.
I have tried calling customer services and online Web chat to no avail. All I get told to do is remove sim, wait, turn 4g off, wait, ring back later then I get told to do it all over again. I have been to carphone warehouse who just told me to turn 4g off, erm why? I want it to work.
I have upgraded the firmware today to lollipop, still doesn't work.
I have reset, removed sim, etc. Still no calls.
If I turn off 4g then the phone functions as normal but why should I? I have paid for a 4g compatible phone that just refuses to cooperate with me. Not a happy lady.
