Cant set up new Sure signal

Went through the setup procedure for a new Vodafone Sure SIgnal twice today and each time after typing in the users numbers I git a load of garbage javascript. Ever since then when I have logged in to try again the VOdafone website has been reporting that it is undergoing some updating and I cannot access this feature now?

 

ANy ideas?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
