Hi,
I have been having problems with a new Vodafone pay monthly account. My agreed contract is 5GB data but I was mistakenly only given 3GB data then charged £10 for an extra 2GB data incorrectly. After several conversations with live chat advisors who did not seem to fully grasp the issue I was facing, I spoke to a member of staff on the phone yesterday who seemed to understand the issue. He assured me that my account would be increased to 5GB as per my contract and I would be credited £10 but I have not yet seen this reflected, could someone please advise me how long these changes normally take to go through?

If anyone could help with this it would be appreciated, my contract still hasn't been changed 2 days later!
