I have made a huge complaint and been trying so for the last 3 weeks. Nobody seems to care. What else can i do?

Hey Nigalholman

Sorry to hear that you need to raise a complaint.

I would suggest viewing this link:

https://www.vodafone.co.uk/vodafone-uk/complaints/

Consider sending a letter, recorded delivery - as it states on the link:

"Once we've reviewed your complaint, our aim is to resolve it within five working days."

 

With the recorded delivery, you will be able to moniter how long the process has taken etc.
