I don't recommend vodafone broadband or openreach both have limited customer care skills keep you in the dark when your waiting for a service even leave you sitting in doors twiddling your thumbs waiting for an engineer only for them not to turn up no explanation or nothing it's disgusting that a provider can get away with this especially when they take your money upfront and don't provide you with the service

I've been given a provision booking for 26th April been told I will receive a phone call that morning to confirm
