I have topped up my Pay and Go phone twice. One for £25 which came back as failed. I tried again for £20 which also came back as failed.

I was told by Vodafone they were experiencing problems and that I could top up via an ATM machine instead. When I did, I only had enough for a £10 top up which was strange as I knew there was more money in my account.
 
Upon speaking to my bank, both payments of £20 and £25 had left my bank. The £20 has gone through as accepted although Vodafone have not given me that credit and the one of £25 is down as pending. The bank has given me authorisation codes to have these payments cancelled.
 
I have spoken to Vodafone dozens of times, I either get hung up on or nobody can help me and I keep getting transferred to different departments who all say they can not help. I just travelled to my local Vodafone store, explained what the bank has told me and the service advisor in the Vodafone store also said he can not help me. I have spent hours and hours trying to rectify this and Vodafone are not helping!
 
I need this sorted ASAP as this is very poor customer service and Vodafone have taken money from me but not topped my phone up. I would like to speak to someone who can sort this as I am fed up of being passed back and forth different people who can not help. But the call centre staff are not helpful and even travelling to the store they were not helpful.

Its reasonable to want your funds back. The pending one should drop back onto your account in approx 10-14 days. 

 

I would suggest calling 08080 044900 to discuss the one that's left your account
