Complaint no reply need help

I logged a complaint on the 1 Feb and tried to get some info on the forum I have received one call which came at a really bad time.as I have than one issue and don't think it's appropriate to start a ranting list on here but I really need help with quite a few things 

I've been in my local store and they are restricted to how much they can help and they do were they can but they can not resolve my problems I have spent literally again this week on 191 every time they say they are sorted there's no change can some one please help?

Just to add the call I received was from a link on here and have had no response from my logged complaint apart from the text saying my complaint was logged!

No problem. You seriously think that Vodafone Employee would be called Getafix?

 

 Another question I have is why have you marked the issue solved when it was only solved when you last posted?

Ha ha the Getafix was a good one 

As I said previously I had my issue on here and at the same time I manually looked for software update and got the 

YOUR DEVICE HAS BEEN MODIFIED IN AN UNAUTHORISED WAY 

So I was in a right panic not just one problem but 2 and one last day before I got my new bill so I was trying to sort it before I got that,I even missed a couple of posts by flapping 

Regarding the problem solved to be honest even though I did press it quick (I'm presuming as I don't remember)

I thought it was for best answer I realised last time I got a reply and it suggested best answer,I needed to give it more time for different replies but this is the first time I have seen PROBLEM SOLVED option (only cos you pointed it out)

I'm glad you let me know.as I would of carried on , thinking that best answer was the only one that flashed up

Any way just to finish my thread I got a call yesterday and was assured my problems are now solved 

But at the end he said he would email my new plan 

I said fine I'll even wait on hold whilst he does it as I usually do.and then put my phone on my Bluetooth speaker and noodle away on my guitar.whilst they write the message. 

But he assured me it will take to long but he will definitely send it.

And I have checked again this morning still no email. But the my Vodafone app is showing the correct data But i really wanted the email for peace of mind. Only until I get my next bill will I know for sure if my having to call sometimes twice a month for 2 years is over 

I do hope so

sorry I've done it again I've just gone to top of post and realised the post marked 1st is to a moderator.now I have no problem marking anything or any one best answer it  should be marked due to its content.

I was thinking it was BANDOFBROTHERS who I have marked as best answer previously although I hadn't gave enough time for other answers 

I must of Marked that one by accident because by that time (obviously) still had problems so I can only presume with that one I was on autopilot and was trying to get off the page but I don't recall best solution (I'm amazed how it knows the difference to be honest)

I am  actually a bit annoyed at myself because it was members of the forum who gave me the best answers I needed 

So apologies again

Don't worry about it @SKYMAN513

 

You can unmark a post as the solution. 

 

Use the little down ^ and choose Not the answer and that should remove the post solution marker. If you get stuck shout it on here and it'll be sorted out for you. 

 

May i very politely point out that if you feel one of your posts is wrong in content / context etc then please consider editing it instead of deleting the whole post as this can then make the thread look disjointed and confusing as the replies to that post then look odd and out of context. If your unsure then one of the Team or we here can help and advise as to how to change the content if it needs it.

After my last post with the capital letters (I only posted once so I don't know how multiple posts came)

Any way yesterday it did say email either suspended or postponed or similar( and you have just mentioned that)

Personally I think as the forum seems like a new format,I am sure there is a couple of bugs that are not ironed out yet but I have just gone and done what I have been doing for last few days and it posted first time,I had just wiped my cache partiton,May be it could of been that

But surely if it was that, we shouldn't have to resort to that to send a message.
