Connect Bluetooth to my Vodafone Smart Ultra 7 mobile from Win 7 64 bit?

Hi
I am trying to connect via Bluetooth to my Vodafone Smart Ultra 7 mobile from Win 7 64 bit, but it says >> Bluetooth {name ***} is connected to "headset" service on this computer << but I cannot find it anywhere or transfer anything? I can switch off Bluetooth and back on and it says the same everytime?
I can transfer from the mobile to laptop ok?

I have tried send it via Bluetooth Wizard, it searches for device and it seems to go ok but at the end it says >> unable to connect to the remote device << ?
So could it be a laptop rather than mobile issue?
Any help or ideas?

TIA

@jonesnewton

So we can discover if it's a phone or computer issue, please try and connect your phone via Bluetooth to another device.

Please let us know if your phone is still not connecting and we'll be happy to assist you further.

You might do better, assuming you have it available, to use wifi.   Install a 3rd party file manager such as the one from Cheetah Mobile or ES File Manager.  Set up a shared folder or drive (the former is probably safer) on the laptop and then add the device as a cloud service.   You should now be able to transfer in both directions.  It's possible that one of these apps will work with w BT connection as well, but I've never tried it.
