Hi, when I try to access age related sites, I am taken to vodafone homepage.

 

I have no content control enabled, and have spoke on live chat to 3 people who say there are no restrictions.

 

What can i do?

 

I recently upgraded my contract which is when it started. I dont have that monthly subscription to securenet either.

Please do check yourself in your myVodafone as per the instructions via http://support.vodafone.co.uk/Internet/Content-control-and-Vodafone-Guardian/38914008/How-can-I-swit...

 

As you’ve tried Live Chat and if your myVodafone isn’t showing this as activated then my suggestion is to call Customer Service On 191.

I did see a few threads not too long ago concerning similar issues to yours which perseverance with Customer Service I believe helped to resolve most instances.
