Converting credit balance to data pack

I have purchased a 20 pound voucher and used it through My Vodafone to get 20 pound balance on my mobile broadband stick. I do know that I need to purchase a data pack with that credit balance before I can use it. HOWEVER My Vodafone has no datapack options, trust me on this one I have used 3 browsers as well as tried acessing it from my phone. All I get is top up values from 5 to 50 pounds and top up by credit card options. 

Help me convert my air balance to 3gb data pack, thank you.

It sounds like your SIM has accidently been provisioned for phone use instead of a dongle. We can sort it for you if 191 or Live help haven't already. I've sent instructions on how to reach my team here.

Can I just check with you that the option to buy a data pack isn't hiding in full sight? It probably isn't, but just in case...

I see the £5-£50 top-ups you describe, and if I choose one, I'm invited to pay by card. However, there's a 'Choose a pack' tab alongside, marked in the attached image, and going there and choosing a pack, I'm then offered the option of paying from my balance. Does the 'Choose a pack' tab definitely not show up for you?

Sorry, if it doesn't, you'll just want to shoot me down in flames, and I won't blame you. But ....

I have the same issue.

I have Topped Up but only get the option to pay by credit card when  want to use my Top Up Creidt.

I can see any tabs.

Please advise how to do this.

Vodafone are aware of so many people with this problem now, it's a wonder they've not tackled the problem. Or is it...
