Current Month Unused Billing

Hi. I can access my current unused billing figures, for the current month but not the totals.

There are pages of figures for each download period, day by day but no where can I see the accumulated total for the current month.

I downloaded the figures into a spreadsheet ( like Excel) and then highlighted the column, tried to
SUM the column but could not get a total because of the kb letters in each cell. I do not know how to
get rid of the kb in bulk in order to arrive at a total.

Perhaps one of the advisers could answer me about why there is no running total or within 72 hours thereof?

And a person more proficient then myself in spreadsheets could answer my 2nd point?

regards

Hi

I'd also appreciate a running total but use of search/replace from commandline isn't too big a
problem or could do same from text editor or word processor.

Hi tombo

It's great to see that you're already taking advantage of our fantastic Online billing service, it's brilliant for keeping track on your usage and better for the environment too! :D

If you're not able to see a running total of your data usage for the month, you can call our dedicated Customer Services team and they will be able to let you know your current usage.

If your using a USB modem you can also set your data counter on the device which will keep track of your usage month by month for you. This can be found in the Vodafone Mobile Connect software, under usage counter. You simply need to select the data amount for your package, ie 3000 for 3GB or 5000 for 5GB.

At the eForum, we want to make life better for you. Take our quick and simple survey to tell us how you think we're doing. All of your feedback goes towards improving your Vodafone experience!

Let me know if this helps
