I ordered home broadband on 1/2/18 and was given an installation date of 12/2/18 so I booked day off work
when I got details I noticed they had wrong address so I phoned up and changed it but in total 3 times they got my address wrong
come the day of 12/2/18 installation day I get email address 9:50am telling me installation is 15/2/18
cant say how awful customer service has been

Still no service 7 days on
still no one has spoken to me about my complaint either through here or through email I sent
