Customer service so appalling

Vodafone customer service is the worst i've ever experienced. God help anyone who has a technical issue they need resolving. 191 can't even understand what i'm asking and live chat just repeat the same steps that do not fix the issue. When that doesn't work i'm told to wait 24 hours. Obviously the fairys didn't visit me overnight and sort out my issue. I need to speak to someone in the UK, please tell me how I can do this.

 

Shame because the network itself has been quite good but the CS makes me wish i had nothing to do with Vodafone.

Hi @txxr

 

Vodafone do have UK Call centres available and if a person asks to be passed through to one then if an agent is available I would see no reason from them to decline. 

May I ask What the issue is as the members on here along with the official Vodafone Social Media Team might be able to help and guide you.
