DSL unstable its trying to Sync too Fast for my line.

Hi I am having regular disconnects i think its because the dsl is trying to sync my upload speed too fast for my line and i am getting a lot of fec errors on the upload.  My current speeds is 68mb down and 19.1mb up, i think my upload should not be faster than 17.5mb.  Im currently gettin 30000 fec errors a minute on the upload.

Can you lower my sync rate a bit.  Thanks
