Good Afternoon!
I'm having a regular problem with my newly installed VSS (installed around 15/10). As in the subject, it works fine for 6 hours (or thereabouts) and then goes to red power light flashing and solid orange internet light. A restart of the VSS resolves the issue, but only for a few hours.
I've read of similar problems but no stand out solution. Can anyone shed any light on this problem?
Many thanks!

Hi juree,
Thanks for posting your results. Your traceroute is a little slower than normal but it's still sufficient to get you a connection. Everything else with your details check out OK too.
Looking at your Serial number there hasn't been an update for over a week now. I'm pushing a manual synchronisation down to you which will need a reset of the unit to complete.
Cheers, Ben

Thanks Ben for your help - that's given a much more stable connection!
