Data Sharing Red+

I want to share my 20GB of data with another number. However when speaking to support I’m told it’s not available. I read from Vodafone’s site:

Vodafone Red+ is available only to Pay monthly customers who bought a Red or Red Value Bundle between 5 May 2016 and 11 April 2017

I bought my Red plan during the above dates. So what’s going on?

Red Plus sharer has been discontinued for new opt ins but is still available for customers who already have the product.

I agree this should be made clearer on the website information.

Why has it been discontinued? I hope Vodafone can reintroduce the feature.
