Hi, when logging into my Vodafone account online it does not show my remaining data allowance and has not done for months despite several calls to Vodafone also the app does not work and I just receive an error when it opens can anyone help?

What have customer service on 191 or Live Chat advised ?
Did you port in from another network ?

Your My Vodafone account will only show what you have used of your allowance. For example this should show as Your Plan - data - amount used of ??GB used.
As far as you application is concerned, you may need to try accessing the application over a mobile internet connection, this is needed when logging on to locate your account for the first time and somethimes when there have been updates to the application.
If you still have problems with your online account and application, this is something live chat or CS will be able to help or come to the forum for help from the forum team.
