I had an account with Vodafone, that I closed after paying the final bill before I moved country.
When I returned 6 months later I had lots of letters saying I owed vodafone money.
Vodafone assured me this was a mistake and zeroed my account.
Now when checking my credit report I have not one but TWO errors to do with a vodafone account. When I have never owed vodafone any money.
I have tried online chat, they couldn't help me. I tried calling and have had several failed attempts.
What can I do now?

When you closed down your account did per chance close down your direct debit ?
