As above, I have a default showing on my credit report that isn't correct - it was when I closed my account. How can I rectify this?

Fastest way is to contact customer service on the phone or use Live Chat.
Or let the Social Social Media Team here catch up with your post and I'm sure that they will help you.
In the interim you can also get advice off experian and add a Notice of Correction.

Appreciate the response, although I've spoken to live chat three times and they directed me to the forums!
I've logged the notice of correction with all three credit agencies, however, it shouldn't be there in the first place! Someone at Vodafone must be able to assist me in removing the default.
