Hi @mikegerard
The first place to check is the coverage checker at the top of the page, this will let you know if the service is available at the location.
You also need to make sure 4G is selected in your phone data settings, this is done by going into your settings, mobile networks, mobile data, preferred network mode and selecting 4G.
It may also be worth going through the steps below and copying and pasting back your results.

Which phone are you using ?
Do you only get 3g wherever you go ie away from your local and surrounding masts.
Have you spoken to customer service yet to ask them.to.check things at their end.
