Deleted Contacts Icon

I have deleted the contatcs icon on my homescreen.  Is there a way of restoring it creating a new one ?

Whereabouts was it? Was it an icon on the homescreen or one of the 4 fixed icons at the bottom of the screen?

Thanks for coming back with the info.  

What you have to do is press and hold on a blank space on the main screen.  

When the pop up box displays, select Apps and Widgets.  

Scroll through the Apps tab until you find Contacts.  

You're going to press and hold on the Contacts icon and when your home screen is displayed, you're going to drag it to the position you want it in at the bottom of the screen with the other fixed icons.
