Delivery date

So the release date is the 11th of March but if you pre-order Samsung says you can benefit by having it 3 days early. Will vodafone honour that? I've pre-ordered mine but the sales guys have no idea when the phones will start to get dispatched.

I have spokeb to vodafone today 06-03-16 at 3pm i was told they havent even recieved the stock in yet and we wont be getting it by the 8th. They wont to speak to the warehouse to find out when they were getting there deliver at they were closed i asked what time they closed and was told 4pm stated that it was only 3.20pm was just told they appologise.. i asked about the gear headset as i have been told 4 different answers which i have now been told that the headset is not even on the order and if i would like it i would have to cancel my order and loss my pre order and not get it early. But i have been told it would not be here by the 8th. If they havent even had the delovery in yet i highly doubt we will get them by the 11th at this rate. Appologise if im wrong but it doesnt look likely.

The guy just has this vodafone is great thought in his head and despite everyone making valid points this guy tries to demean them and make them feel stupid. Everyone has shown how inconsistent and unprofessional vodafone are except this clown

I've been with Voda for 9 years, and had an S3, S4, S6 and HTC one. All were pre-orders. The only one that arrived late was the S3, and that was due to the manufacturer issues with the rear cover paint - which affected every carrier and shop, so was nothing to do with Voda.

I'm not pro or any Voda, I'm just pro sanity. Complaints about something being late two days before it's due are just crazy. Once it's late, I'm sure I'll be just as happy to complain as you, but why not give them a chance to actually deliver before ranting and raving, eh?

obviously, ONCE AGAIN, you haven't understood anything about our complaints here! Can you read properly? 

Our complaints are not about the phones not arriving on the 8th AS PROMISED, it's that each time we contatct VF we have a different story! They're lying to us to get rid of us and end the conversation, whether it's on the phone or using their disgusting chat system! Get it now? 

Also, YOU lied above! The S3 was definitely NOT the only devices which arrived late, last year I waited 2 weeks to get my S6 edge and I was lied to during the whole time of these 2 weeks and even before! And every single time I called them, I had a different story! 

Would it be difficult for VF to just say the truth? 

See above: One guy is saying that VF told him that the phones were in stock, another guy says that VF (the same people with normally the same information), told him that no phones have arrived in stock! 

THAT, is unacceptbale! So stop protecting VF, you're just ririduclous.

Ive heard that on this hence why i rang as i work nights so i was wondering if it had been passed to delivery service so if it had i would of waited up for email so i could make sure someone was in. Ive rang a few times this week and had different answers of everyone ive spoken to. First time pre ordering and dont think i will bother again.

Webreaper like I said before no one is saying that. We would just like a definite answer of when it will come. Every person in Vodafone will tell you a different thing. If it's a week late but they tell me ill be annoyed but happier than this sitting in limbo
