Deregister Sure Signal

I have 3 sure signals that need deregistering but they have not been used in 12 months but they are saying they are still registered for our users. I tried calling but did not recognised my number so could not get through and the online chat is unaviable.

The serial numbers are 40131967644, 40114261387, 42151121771.

Can anyone help me deregister these sure signals please?

Hi there,

 

Unfortunately nothing can be done on here to de-register your Sure Signals. 

 

Give Custoemr Service a call on 191, if your number doesn't work try your account number as alternative. If you still have no luck with that then it will eventually bypass that option on the IVR and put you through to an agent.

The person who has the devices registered to their account will need to contact Vodafone to ask about deregistering.  This can quickly be done using live chat.

 

The only problem you may have is when the devices have not been used for 12 months, after this time the devices are removed from the network.
