I am dissapointed with Vodafone admin.
I Have had phone one week
1) There was no notification that my number had been transfered
2) No notifiaction that wifi calling had been set up
3) My data allowance is currently 1GB. I took advantage of 6GB black friday offer but seems Vodafone have had problems with setting this up for others also. Have been told it will be ok at beginning of next period.
4) Worse though is that I phoned Vodafone and a deal was agreed for my wife to join. Phone was agreed to be sent today. No phone arrived. Phoned vodafone and they would not agree to the deal and we had to cancel it. This is very poor. My wife has already obtained PAC code from EE.
No complaints aboutusing my new S7. Great phone and at home signal is good. Better than my EE iphone.
But very dissapointed so far with admin. Hope it gets better.
Solved! Go to best answer.

Hi
Regarding the data allowance if Vodafone have enhanced it to give a deal then it will always show the normal amount of data allowance with the extra tagged onto the bottom of your myvodafone account.
I've seen other similar posts where something had been agreed in connection to a new deal and then revoked.
It's possible the agent overstepped their remit and boundaries.
I would hope that in these cases Vodafone would be sympathetic and offer a close as possible deal to the one discussed at the time.
I use the Samsung Galaxy s7 edge version and am very pleased with it.

@ oblong. I have had great deals agreed with Vodafone sales staff before being badly let down afterwards when things didn't materialise. Its not particular to Vodafone, all the providers are at it. The bottom line is, if you haven't got the "great deal" in writing, it isn't worth sh*t!

Hi Adie
I took up the 6GB black friday deal online and had email confirming this.
Since posting here Vodafone have corrected by data allowance. I had a very helpful call from them. They also appologised for the back tracking on the deal for my wife. I did not have anything in writing about this as it was done over the phone. My wife has since stayed with EE.
Good luck with resolving your complaint.

I'm having the exact same issue with regards to signing up to 6gb black friday deal online and only receiving 1gb. Waiting for a solution to the problem since 2.12.2016 and the problem is still not resolved. This is a total disregard for jokes and deceive the customer !!! Please really do something about this, otherwise I will be forced to report it to the www.actionfraud.police.uk
