Hi All,
I've finall got my mobile broadband working on my Huaweii E5573s-320 but I'm only getting 3G.
Do Voda need to enable 4G for my account?
I know the device is capable of 4G on Vodafone as I've used a previous Voda MBB Contract SIM in there.
Voda seemed to have a few problems enabling the number and SIM I picked up ith their Derby shop last week, and it only started working yesterday (Sunday) after a couple of chats on Friday and a call to them on Saturday.
Do I need to contact them about enabling 4G or look for issues at my end?
Cheers,
Keith.

Is your area 4G enabled ?
Are your masts showing ok in the network Checker.
It can take approximately 10 days to first settle.

Hi,
Thanks for the response.
Yes, the area is 4G, I used to get 4G on Voda on the same device in the same location. I also have an iPhone 6 on Voda 4G with me here, so I know there's a good signal ( 4 or 5 bars).
I'll perhaps call 191 later today and see if they need to do something else if it doesn't resolve itself naturally.
Cheers,
Keith..
