A little more information would be helpful 
What's the error code, and, when you say "it wouldn't work", what do you mean? Did the software load? Was the dongle recognised by the PC? Did it detect a network? Did it connect, but no IP address?
Is there any credit on the account?

Hi,can anyone help? I havent used my dongle for a while,i went to use it yesterday and it wouldnt work and came up with an error code. Is there anything i can do to get it working again?
