It's simple, really.
Last night, I bought a voucher as I cannot pay by card. Converted it into a £10 - 1gb data pack, but still no internet access. Again.
From this computer, I can't actually use the live chat, and before when I've asked for assistance and before when I've been given a link to click on to try and sort out the problem, all I got was a lousy email back, two whole days later, telling me they couldn't help me with the information I'd given them.
I want this sorted, as I cannot afford to write off that £10.

Hi Shirobeans,
Take a look here for how to get in touch.
Please also provide a contact number so that we can call if we don't have the security information that we need.
Thanks,

You are not alone Shirobeans! I paid £20 for a 3gb datapack and got a 1gb datapack in return and I don't intend to lose £20 either. The difference is you've had a reply to your help request. I haven't!

I've had exactly the same problem today where I've bought a £5 data pack from my top-up credit but have not been able to gain any internet access. It's really difficult to get any support on the web site as it continually redirects to the predefined troubleshooting list (yes I have inserted my dongle correctly!). How do I get this resolved? I am seriously thinking of moving to another supplier as this is the second time it's happened.
