Hi Sue,
Glad to hear you've got an iPod I have to admit that is a strange problem you're getting and I can't see any reason why your mobile broadband will be disconnecting while downloading iTunes. Which browser are you using? It might be worth trying a different Internet browser such as Firefox or Safari.
You can try searching online to see whether you can download the program from an alternative website rather than Apple's servers. A number of people host copies of the software but make sure you scan them for viruses before you go ahead and install it just to be safe.
Alternatively you can try a download manager program as these are particularly useful in case your connection is lost. You can simply pick up the download where you left off without having to start all over again. I'm open to suggestions from other eForum members if they can recommend a free program as it's been a few years since I used these.
Let me know how you get on
Thanks,
Adam

Hey Sue Smith,
I think Adam has hit the nail on the head with this one, we really need you to attempt this on another Web Browser.
I would recommend downloading Firefox and attempting the download again.
Please let me know how you get on with this, if you need anything else please let me know.
Thanks
Matt

Hi Matt
I've just tried to download Firefox and the same thing happened - I got disconnected within 10 seconds.
