im struggling a bit financially and would like to upgrade early to lower my monthly payments from £50 to the new sim only deals. I've been told different things from Vodafone from I can upgrade without a few to a sim only 3 months from the end of my contract to I'll have to pay a early contract ending fee of 150+.
Hi, you can now only change to SIM only once your current contract is finished unless you pay the early termination fee, you used to be able to do it but not now.
@Lee1986 if you are struggling to make the monthly payment you may be able to come to an arrangement with Vodafone to lower the cost each month. This would almost certainly result in an extension to the contract or a restriction of services. It's also entirely up to Vodafone if they want to extend this option to you.
