I have reloaded Blackberry software to my phone. I can receive emails but am unable to send replies or new messages. Any suggestions?

Hi and Welcome to the forum.


I think you may need to go through all your email settings just to make sure the "reload" you've carried out has not changed them in anyway.

Can you remove the email settings and re enter them or try another email app to use as a process of Process of elimination.

Turn the phone Off and On to Refresh it.
